Quick and easy to prepare and perfect for cheesecakes and slices, this simple technique will get you fantastic results, every time.
Step 1: Blend or process biscuits until they become fine crumbs.
Step 2: Pour in melted butter and process until just combined.
Step 3: Spoon or pour the crumbs into a lined slice pan and use the base of a flat glass to press the mixture evenly and firmly across the pan.
Then simply pop the pan into the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the mixture is firm and voila! Your biscuit base is now ready to use.
