How to store leftover roast chicken

Remove the meat from the bones and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Use the bones to make this easy chicken stock. To freeze leftover meat, wrap in plastic wrap and place in an airtight container. Freeze for up to a month, and thaw in the fridge overnight.
