Place mushrooms, vinegar and oil in a medium bowl; toss to coat. Season.

Preheat a 7-litre air fryer to 180ËšC/350ËšF for 3 minutes.

Taking care, place mushrooms in air fryer basket; at 180ËšC/350ËšF, cook for 12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time, until tender.
4.
Spread bun bases with aioli, then top with salad leaves, tomato, mozzarella, mushrooms and pesto; sandwich together with bun tops.
5.
Serve mushroom burgers with shoestring fries and tomato sauce.
