Ready in just 20 minutes, this deliciously cheesy and crunchy air fryer pizza bread is a twist on pull apart bread.
Ingredients
Method
Combine butter and herbs in a medium bowl; season. Add parmesan and mozzarella; stir until well combined.
Preheat a 7-litre air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.
Cut baguette crossways into three to fit in the air fryer. Cut each piece into 3cm thick slices, without cutting all the way through. Gently separate the slices and spread each side with 1 teaspoon of the pizza sauce. Push spoonfuls of cheese mixture into each cut.
Taking care, line the air fryer basket with baking paper. Place baguettes in the basket; at 180°C, cook for 8 minutes or until golden and cheese is bubbling.
Tear baguette into pieces and serve immediately.
