These mini berry & apple crumble tarts are cooked in the air fryer. Using store bought ingredients, it’s a quick dessert or party canape.

Ingredients

Method

1.

Combine pie apple, sugar, lemon rind and berries in a medium bowl.

2.

Combine oat clusters, butter and honey in a small bowl.

3.

Preheat a 7-litre air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.

4.

Spoon apple mixture into pastry shells and top with oat cluster mixture.

5.

Taking care, place tarts in the air fryer basket; at 180°C, cook for 5 minutes or until golden.

6.

Serve crumble tarts with cream, ice-cream or custard.
