Method

1.Preheat oven to 240°C. Grease and line two oven trays with baking paper.
2.Cut squid into 2cm rings. Dip rings in egg white, then roll the outside surface only of rings in breadcrumbs; avoid coating the middle of ring. In a single layer, place rings on trays and bake about 5 minutes or until squid is tender.
3.Serve squid with tartare sauce.
