1.Preheat oven to moderate. Combine oats and rice in large bowl, then spread evenly on two oven trays. Roast, uncovered, in moderate oven 5 minutes.
2.Stir bran, pepitas and cinnamon into oats and rice on trays, then drizzle evenly with combined honey and oil; stir to combine.
3.Roast, uncovered, 5 minutes. Add coconut to the mixture; stir to combine. Roast, uncovered, 5 minutes.
4.Remove trays from oven; place muesli mixture in same large bowl, stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with milk or yoghurt.
You can find both pepitas and craisins in most supermarkets. Rolled rice is available from health food stores or the health food section of your local supermarket.
