Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Line holes of six-hole (¾-cup/180ml) texas muffin pan with squares of baking paper.
2.Divide ham, cheeses and basil into pan holes.
3.Whisk eggs and cream in medium bowl, then season. Pour into pan holes. Top each frittata with three cherry tomato halves.
4.Bake frittatas about 25 minutes. Stand in pan 5 minutes before turning out.
