Method
1.Combine beef, breadcrumbs, rind, cumin, coriander, garlic and egg in medium bowl. Divide mixture into 12 portions; roll each portion into a sausage shape, then thread onto 12 skewers.
2.Cook kofta in batches, on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked through.
3.Meanwhile, combine tomato and parsley in medium bowl.
4.Serve kofta with hummus sprinkled with paprika, tomato mixture and warmed pita breads.
