Harissa lamb loin chops

Spicy harissa makes a great marinade or rub for tender lamb loin chops. Serve with vegetables or salad for a delicious dinner.

Ingredients

1/4 cup (75g) harissa sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

8 (800g) lamb loin chops

Method

1.In a large bowl, combine harissa, oil, half the parsley and lamb.

2.Cook lamb on heated oiled grill plate (or grill pan or barbecue). Serve lamb sprinkled with remaining parsley.
