Method
1.Heat ghee in large pan; cook onion and garlic until onion softens. Add turmeric, mustard seeds, cumin and coriander; cook until fragrant.
2.Stir in brown lentils, red lentils, yellow split peas, green split peas, vegetable stock, water and tomatoes; simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, about 1 hour or until lentils are tender.
3.Add coconut cream; stir over low heat until hot. Season to taste.
