Method
1.Heat oil in wok; stir-fry chilli and garlic until fragrant.
2.Add pork; stir-fry until cooked through. Add fish sauce and half of the juice; stir-fry 3 minutes. Transfer mixture to large bowl; stir in herbs, onion and remaining juice.
3.Serve pork mixture with lettuce leaves and, if desired, lime wedges.
