Method
1.Heat half the oil in a wok over high heat; stir-fry lamb, in batches, until browned all over. Remove from wok.
2.Heat remaining oil in same wok; stir-fry garlic, ginger and brown onion until onion is just tender. Add capsicum and green onion; stir-fry until capsicum is just tender.
3.Add lamb to wok with combined stock and sauces; stir-fry until sauce boils and thickens slightly.
