Method
1.Heat butter and oil in a wok; cook garlic, chilli and onion, stirring, for about 2-3 minutes, or until onion softens. Add prawns, in batches; stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes or until prawns change in colour and are cooked through.
2.Remove from heat, stir in tomato and parsley, drizzle with vinegar. Serve prawns with sliced bread.
