Method
1.Place one strawberry slice into each hole of 12-hole ice-cube tray. Fill with water; freeze.
2.Combine sugar and a few drops of colouring in a small plastic bag; rub together until sugar is coloured pink. Place pink sugar on a saucer; place egg white on another saucer. Dip rim of each glass into beaten egg white then into sugar.
3.Just before serving, combine juice, mineral water and lemonade in large serving bowl; tint pink with a few drops of colouring. Add strawberries and strawberry ice cubes.
