Method

1.Preheat oven to 240°C/475°F. Combine vinegar, oil and garlic in small bowl. Place tomato, cut-side up, in medium baking dish; drizzle with vinegar mixture. Roast about 25 minutes.
2.Top toast with avocado, cheese, rocket and roasted tomato, then drizzle with pan juices.
