1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
2.In a small bowl, mash avocado; mix in lemon juice. Set aside.
3.Arrange corn chips in an ovenproof dish or 6 ramekins. Top with beans and cheese.
4.Bake for 10 minutes or until heated and cheese has melted. Serve with avocado and sour cream.
You can spread the mashed avocado over the baked beans and top with cheese before baking. If you can’t find sweet chilli baked beans, use regular baked beans and serve with sweet chilli sauce.
