Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a 10 x 20cm loaf pan. Line the base with baking paper.
2.Silt flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a large bowl. Stir in the sugar.
3.In a large jug, combine bananas, butter, eggs and vanilla. Fold into dry ingredients with blueberries until combined. Pour mixture into prepared pan
4.Bake for 55-60 minutes, until cooked when tested with a skewer. Serve sliced.
3 medium mashed bananas equals 1 1/2 cups.
