Method
1.Grease a 20cm ring pan, line base with paper; grease paper.
2.Combine sifted dry ingredients, sugar and pecans in large bowl. Stir in banana, well drained pineapple, oil and eggs. Spoon mixture into prepared pan.
3.Bake in moderate oven for about 1 hour. Stand 10 minutes before turning on to wire rack to cool. Cake will keep for 4 days.
