Method

1.Grease deep 15cm-square cake pan, line base and sides with baking paper.
2.Stir butter, milk, honey and sugar in medium saucepan over low heat, without boiling, until sugar dissolves. Increase heat, cook, stirring, about 10 minutes or until glossy and caramel in colour.
3.Pour caramel into pan, cool. Remove caramel from pan. Spread with chocolate, top with nuts. Allow chocolate to set at room temperature, cut into small squares to serve.

You will know that the caramel is ready to be removed from the heat when the mixture starts to come away from the base and side of the saucepan.
