Method
1.Combine water and stock in a large saucepan; bring to the boil.
2.Add carrot, celery and cauliflower; return to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, about 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
3.Add chicken and zucchini; cook, covered, about 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
4.Stir in snow peas and onion. Serve.
