Method
1.Toss chicken in flour, shake away excess flour. Heat oil in large saucepan, cook chicken, in batches, until browned. Remove from pan.
2.Add onion, garlic, nuts, chilli and bacon to pan, cook, stirring, until onion is soft. Stir in tomato, stock, basil, paste, wine and olives.
3.Add chicken, simmer, uncovered, about 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
