Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
2.Grease a 19cm x 29cm lamington pan, line base and sides with baking paper; grease paper well.
3.Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir in flour and cocoa, sugar, coconut, fruit and pecans. Press into pan, bake for about 20 minutes.
4.Meanwhile, to make chocolate icing: Sift sugar and cocoa into a small bowl, stir in butter and enough milk to make a stiff paste.
5.Spread slice with icing, sprinkle with coconut. Cool in pan before cutting.

This slice can keep for 3 days.
