Method
1.Preheat oven to 180ºC (160ºC fan-forced).
2.Combine honey, oil and spice in small bowl.
3.In shallow baking dish, combine nuts and drizzle with honey mixture. Roast, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until browned lightly, stirring halfway through cooking time. Cool 15 minutes.
4.Stir in remaining ingredients and allow to cool.
