Glacé icing, three flavours
1.Place sifted icing sugar in small bowl, stir in butter and enough of the hot water to make a firm paste, stir over small saucepan of simmering water until spreadable.
2.For chocolate flavour stir in 1 teaspoon sifted cocoa powder.
3.For coffee flavour dissolve 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules in the hot water before adding to icing sugar.
4.For passionfruit flavour stir in 1 tablespoon passionfruit pulp.
