1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in large frying pan; cook onion and bacon over medium heat, stirring, about 5 minutes or until onion is soft. Drain excess fat.
3.Stir in tomato and chilli. Simmer sauce, gently, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine sauce with pasta.
Serve with a generous sprinkle of parmesan or pecorino cheese.
