Method

1.Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact.
2.Heat oil in large frying pan; cook garlic until browned lightly. Add tomato; cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Add prawns and vinegar; cook until prawns change colour. Season to taste; stir in parsley.
3.Serve prawns with crusty bread.
