Method
1.Preheat oven to 170°C (150°C fan-forced).
2.Combine wine, stock and garlic in large baking dish. Add prosciutto and duck, skin-side up; season. Roast, uncovered, 20 minutes.
3.Reduce oven to 140°C (120°C fan-forced); roast, uncovered, 20 minutes. Add grapes to dish; roast a further 30 minutes.
