1.Combine honey, sauce, sugar, five-spice, chilli, garlic and sesame oil in large bowl; add pork, turn to coat in marinade. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2.Heat half the peanut oil in wok; stir-fry nuts until browned. Drain.
3.Heat remaining oil in wok, add pork; stir-fry, in batches, until browned. Return pork to wok with carrot; stir-fry until pork is cooked.
4.Add snow peas, juice and lime leaves; stir-fry until snow peas are tender. Remove from heat; toss in onion and nuts.
