Ingredients

Method

1.Combine saffron and the boiling water in small, heatproof cup; stand 5 minutes.
2.Whisk yoghurt, iced water, sugar and cardamom in large jug; stir in saffron mixture.
3.Serve lassi over ice cubes.

Lassis are yoghurt-based drinks which are an excellent cooling foil for a fiery Indian curry.
