Method
1.Combine steaks, garlic and paste in large bowl.
2.Cook steaks on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
3.Meanwhile, cook lime on grill plate about 2 minutes or until browned.
4.Serve steaks with lime halves, chutney, combined yoghurt and coriander; accompany with steamed beans, if you like.
If you have time, marinate the steaks, covered, for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
